Terms & Conditions
Check-In
• Check-in time is 12:30 PM and Check-out time 11:30 AM. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability
• Children below 8 years of age can stay free of charges. Children above 8 years age will be charged as per adult rate.
• Extra person charges – Rs. 750 + Tax
Cancellation & Refund
• Modifications or alterations to bookings are permissible up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival. Requests will be accommodated based on availability.
• Cancellations made 1 day prior to arrival date are free of charge. However, after this deadline, a cancellation fee equivalent to 90% of the room rate will be applicable.
• Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed within 7 days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the refund timeline is subject to your bank's processing time.
Payment Terms
• 100% advance payment at the time of check in. We do not accept personal cheques for payment.
• Payments can be made by credit/debit cards, NFC mobile payments, and cash.
Identity Proof
• It is mandatory for all guests and their visiting guests to share their government-recognised ID proof.
• Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
Restrictions

Due to safety reasons, visitors of guests are not allowed in the guest’s room. Guests can meet any of their visitors in the reception area and cafeteria.

Possession of drugs, fire arms, explosives, inflammable material, and contraband goods are strictly forbidden in the hotel premises. Activities such as consumption of drugs, gambling and prostitution are not allowed in the hotel.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable and decent manner that is appropriate for a public place and in consideration of fellow guests’ pleasant stay.

It is not allowed to cause any disturbance, nuisance or annoyance to other guests in the hotel premises.

For the comfort and convenience of all guests, the hotel has a ‘Quiet Time’ between 10 PM and 7 AM.
As the hotel is located in a residential area, guests are requested to be considerate regarding noise levels
Loss & Damage

Guests are expected to take care of their belongings while in the hotel premises. The Management will not be responsible in any way for any loss or damage to the guest’s belongings.

For any damage done to the hotel amenities, items or property, guests are liable to make up for the losses in full and for the amount as decided by the Management.
Code of Behaviour

Guests are requested to observe, abide and conform to all the applicable policies of the hotel and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without prior notice, in the event of non-conformity to the above rules, or any misbehaviour with other guests or staff of the hotel, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.

The Management reserves the right to add, alter, or amend any of the above policy, terms, conditions and rules at any point of time without prior notice.
